IMPORTANT NEW LEGISLATION AS OF JANUARY 1, 2003  

The 90 hours of basic education required to qualify for a residential real estate appraiser license must include a 15 hour course covering the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  It was originally stated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board that this must be a live class taught by an approved Certified Instructor.  It now appears that home-study courses will also be acceptable.   

Premier Schools is currently awaiting the approval of this course by home-study through Felde Publications.  It should be available shortly.  In the meantime, we are more than happy to assist our students with referrals to live classes that are currently being given in areas near to them.   

HOME-STUDY COURSE REFUND PROGRAM  

If student wishes to cancel his or her enrollment and receive a refund, student must notify the school by Certified Mail within 10 days of receiving our course materials.  If all course materials are returned in an undamaged condition and no Quiz Assignments have been submitted, student is entitled to a full refund less a registration and handling fee of $50.00.  Once the 10 days have expired, or once the student has started the course, no refund will be made.
