FINAL EXAMINATION:  The final exam is an open-book-exam consisting of 100 multiple choice questions based on the course material.  Student must achieve a score of 60% or better to receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.  Final exams for our sales and broker qualification courses may be taken: 1) Online or 2) Through an outside monitor. 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:  Upon successful completion of your final exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion by mail within one week of the time the final exam, answer sheet, and test administrator certification are received at our administrative office.  Your Certificate of Completion is your proof that you have completed a course and should be retained by you in your files.  Our school maintains records on courses sufficient to issue a duplicate completion certificate upon request. 

TIME LIMITS:  The minimum time within which each pre-licensing course may be completed is 18 days from the day that you receive your course materials.  The maximum time that you have to complete each course is one year!  If you do not complete the course within this time period, your tuition and registration will expire.  You may, however, reinstate your registration by paying a $25.00 registration fee to cover the cost of updated materials and administrative costs.

• Internet Connection:  Recommended minimum - 56 Kbps

• Microsoft Internet Explorer - Version 5.5 or greater

• Monitor:  Minimum 800 x 600 Screen Resolution
