Before proceeding to complete your order at the bottom of this page, please review the following features of our program.

FINAL EXAMINATION:  The final exam is an open-book exam containing true/false questions based on the course material.  You must achieve a score of 70% or better to receive a Certificate of Completion for a course.  Final exams for our real estate continuing education courses may be taken 1) Online or 2) Through an outside monitor. 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:  Upon successful completion of a final exam, a student will receive a Certificate of Completion.  Your Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you after your final exam has been received and processed by Premier Schools.  Your certificate is your proof that you have completed a course and should be retained by you in your files.  Our school maintains records on courses sufficient to issue a duplicate completion certificate upon request. 

TIME LIMITS:  The minimum time within which a full forty-five (45) hour package may be completed is six (6) days from the time that you receive your course materials.  The maximum time frame that you have to complete the required courses is one year from your date of purchase.  If you do not complete your courses within one year, your tuition and registration will expire. 

REFUNDS:  If you are not satisfied with any course purchased from Premier Schools, Inc., you may return it to the school within one month of your date of purchase.  If all the course materials are returned to us in unused condition, you will receive a full refund less a $15.00 registration fee.  No refunds will be made for any reason after one month of your date of purchase.

• IBM PC Compatible Computer (minimum 350 MHz with 32 MB Ram)

• Windows 98 SE/ Windows NT/ Windows ME/ Windows 2000/ Windows XP

• Internet Connection:  Recommended minimum - 56 Kbps

• Microsoft Internet Explorer - Version 5.5 or greater

• Monitor:  Minimum 800 x 600 Screen Resolution
