HOW PREMIER'S PROGRAM WORKS

 You can complete Premier Schools' California real estate continuing education courses in one of two ways:

         OR  

HOME-STUDY COURSES 

When you enroll in the courses/s/ you need, you will receive a course workbook for each course.  The workbook contains review quizzes based on the textbook material.  You can complete these review quizzes in the privacy of your own home or office.  The "answers" for the review quizzes are in the course workbook so that you can check your own progress.  The workbook quizzes will fully prepare you to take you "open-book" course final. 

You may take your final exam online or with an outside monitor.  If you wish to take your final online, you may contact Premier Schools after you have received your course material and request a PIN#.  We will E-Mail or fax you an instruction sheet that will give you your assigned PIN# and full instructions on how to access our website and take your final exam. 

If you prefer you may also suggest an outside monitor who will act as your proctor.  A form will be provided to you that will give you full instructions on how to arrange to take your final with an outside monitor.  You must attain a score of 60% or better on your final exam to receive a Certificate of Completion for a course. 

ONLINE COURSES 

Each of our online continuing education courses consist of an online course workbook that contains the reading material for the course.  The online text also contains review quizzes based on the reading material.  Each question in the quizzes has an "answer button" that will give you immediate feedback on your answer.  The final exam for each course can also be accessed online and does not require that you use a monitor. 

At the time that you enroll in the program, you will be sent an E-Mail that will assign to you a PIN #, User Name, & Password.  It also contains step-by-step instructions on "how to access" our online program.  Your computer is then used to access the course reading material, review quizzes, and to take your final exam. 

The review quizzes in the workbook will fully prepare you to take your "open-book" course final.  You must attain a score of 60% or better on your final exam to receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
