REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION

A California real estate sales agent license and a California real estate broker license are both issued for a four-year period.  Each license may be renewed by submitting the appropriate application, fee, and evidence of having successfully completed the required real estate continuing education courses.  To determine what you need to fulfill the Department of Real Estate's requirements, click on the category below that describes your current license status.

SPECIAL NOTE:  All licensees, whose renewal date is on or after June 30, 2007 must complete a three (3) hour course in Risk Management.  All of our Combo-Paks include this course and will fulfill this new DRE requirement.  All of the course packages offered through our website will also work for licensees whose renewal date is before June 30, 2007.
