FIRST-TIME SALESPERSON LICENSE RENEWAL

This category is for new licensees who are renewing at the end of your first four-year license period. If you have completed, the  "2 courses in 18 months" requirement, you only need to complete 15 clock hours of continuing education credit. The Department of Real estate requires that this 15 hour requirement consist of DRE-approved three-hour courses in Ethics (3 Hrs.); Agency (3 Hrs); Trust Funds (3 Hrs); Fair Housing (3 Hours) and Risk Management (3 hours).  To fulfill this requirement order either Combo Pak #2 or Combo Pak #3 depending on whether you want to complete this requirement online or through home-study.
