SALES OR BROKER LICENSEES RENEWING THEIR REGULAR 4-YEAR REAL ESTATE LICENSE:

All real estate sales and broker licensees, who are renewing a regular four-year license must complete a total of 45 clock-hours of DRE-approved continuing education courses.  Your renewal CE package must consist of five three-hour courses in the following subjects:  Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing and Risk management.  The remaining 30-hours of course credit needed to complete your 45-hour requirement must contain at least 18 clock hours of consumer protection courses.  Premier's high-quality 45-Hour Combo-Pak #1 will completely satisfy all DRE requirements to successfully complete your 4-year license renewal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The DRE requires a minimum of Six (6) days from the day that you receive your course materials until Premier can issue you a Certificate of Completion.
