BROKER FIRST FOUR YEAR RENEWAL:

This category is for a new California real estate broker licensee who is renewing at the end of his or her first four year license period. You will need a total of 45 hours of DRE-approved CE courses. The 45 required CE hours must include a DRE approved course in Ethics (3 Hrs); Agency (3 Hrs); Trust Funds (3 Hrs); Fair Housing  (3 Hrs) and Risk Management (3 Hrs). Premier's Combo Pak #5 totally meets the state requirements to renew a broker's first 4 year renewal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To complete a 45 hour continuing education package requires a minimum of six (6 days) from the day that you receive your course materials. Upon completion of the package, you will receive a Certification of Completion showing you have fulfilled this  requirement.
