REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES AGENTS LICENSE

All applicants, who wish to obtain a California real estate sales agent's license must be:  1) 18 years of age or older; 2) have completed three California Real Estate License Qualification courses; 3) have taken and passed the California real estate license exam; and 4) have a legal presence in the United States.
