Premier Schools, Inc. offers both online & correspondence real estate courses for continuing education, real estate sales licensing, and broker licensing in California. We also provide license exam preparation for contractor licensing. Sales person and broker licenses need to be renewed after four years. Premier offers a wide selection of home-study and online courses for continuing education. All new real estate licensees must complete two courses (in addition to Real Estate Principles) within 18 months of receiving their original conditional license. Premier offers special online and home-study extension "2 courses in 18 months" courses. Further details of California state licensing requirements are explained in state licensing.
